Oftentimes- too often - I hear the hesitancy in an employer’s voice when they consider how an incumbent vendor might react to their desire to do things differently: “Will my carrier even let me do that… how would the network people feel about me direct contracting with a health system… I don’t think my TPA would allow me to engage a third party claim review company or auditor, would they?”
